Shipping policy

We always endeavor to process & dispatch your order as quickly as possible. All orders placed before 11:00am Monday to Thursday are usually delivered within 48 hours, however this is subject to the shipping courier.

 

Cut off Times

All orders placed before 11:00am Monday to Friday are guaranteed to be dispatched the same day.

Any orders placed after 11:00am will be dispatched the following business day.

Please note that most shipping couriers do not deliver parcels on Saturday's, Sunday's & Bank Holidays. 

 

Packaging

All Vape Central's orders are shipped in unmarked padded envelopes or small boxes.
